As your personal Care Navigator  we work directly with your healthcare Care Coordinators, Program Director and your medical/health providers as your personal representative helping you or your loved one" navigate' the complexities of the health care system. 

As your representative, we are there to help guide you through the ofttimes confusing world of therapy and recovery. 

We work closely with your health care team, which may include doctors, nurses, and other clinical staff to support your positive health outcomes.
